Collision Literary Magazine - Founded in 2001 at the University of Pittsburgh, this student-led magazine publishes undergraduate writing and art from all over the world. 

Intercom, Society of Technical Communicators (STC). Undergraduates may submit 750-1000 word essays in “Student Perspectives”

Jump+ The Journal for Undergraduate Multimedia Projectsan electronic journal dedicated to providing an outlet for excellent digital/multimedia projects occurring in undergraduate courses around the globe, and providing a pedagological resource for teachers working with (or wanting to work with) “new media.”

Merrimack Review - A student-run literary and art magazine that publishes biannually.  We aim to publish and highlight work done by undergraduate and graduate students alike

Queen City, University of Cincinnati - Refereed journal that publishes essays and multimedia work by undergraduate students affiliated with any post-secondary institution. We also publish reviews, snapshots of writers, and comments (visit our submission page for more info). Issues are published twice a year in fall and spring.

Rhet Tech Undergraduate JournalThe name ‘RhetTech’ refers to the genres of works our journal accepts: ‘Rhet’ refers to Rhetoric, and ‘Tech’ refers to Technical Communication. We accept a variety of content, including: text-based essays, videos, podcasts, photo essays, reviews, websites, blogs, and many more. We encourage student writers to utilize all of the tools at their disposal to communicate the messages they wish to share with readers.

The Susquehanna Review - Features work in fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and visual art. Our mission is to share writing that is innovative and brave, full of fresh language that excites us as readers and as writers, honed in on the depth and variety of human experience. 

30 North - Dedicated to publishing the finest in undergraduate poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and artwork in our annual print journal. 

Undergraduate Journal of Contemporary Issues and Media, Utah State. We blind-review, select, and work with authors/creators representing different institutions and majors on their texts throughout the term, bringing their work to publishing quality. 

The Word - The Stanford Journal of Student Hip Hop, Stanford University. Besides our journal, we also host a blog that publishes shorter and multimedia content and accepts submissions anytime. All undergraduates or within 1 year of graduation are encouraged to submit. 

Xchanges, an interdisciplinary Technical Communication, Writing/Rhetoric, and Writing Across the Curriculum, University of New Mexico. Offers special issues and other opportunities for undergraduates to publish. 

Young Scholars in Writing - Young Scholars in Writing: Undergraduate Research in Writing and Rhetoric is an international peer-reviewed journal. It publishes research and theoretical articles by undergraduates of all majors and years on the subjects of rhetoric, writing, writers, discourse, language, and related topics.
