The Race &... Lecture Series is a lunchtime speaker series that introduces and showcases the work of Pitt faculty. Ogunfeyimi's talk, "Photographic Camera Inventions and the Technologies of Being: A Black Rhetorical Critique." traced the inventional processes of photographic camera types and showed how they validated but also terminated Black lifeworld. It relied on photographic images of the people of African descent around the world.
