Colloquia and Events
Composition Reading Group
The Composition Reading Group brings together composition faculty and graduate students for monthly meetings to discuss recently published work in the field of composition, literacy, pedagogy, rhetoric, and digital media. We gather in faculty members’ homes for food, drink, informal conversation, and discussion of articles or books selected by members of the group.
Lectures and Symposia Sponsored by the Composition Program

Lecturers in the past several years have included Cheryl Glenn, Judith Goleman, Sherry Linkon, Richard Miller, Kay Halasek, Steve Parks, Susan Wells, Nancy Sommers, and Kathleen Welsch.
